Unity Mill.

A stripped former cotton mill beside the Peak Forest Canal, documented by local explorers over more than a decade.

Reported derelict · access unverified

THE STORY

Formerly called Trianon Mill, Unity Mill is described in published exploration histories as an 1860s cotton mill, later used for rubber, textiles and animal-feed production. Those reports place its final industrial closure in 2003.

A visit dated December 2024, published in January 2025, records the main shell after surrounding extensions had been removed. ManchesterUrbex published a further Unity Mill feature in July 2026. These are dated observations, not confirmation of present condition or an invitation to enter.
